Changing Rooms At Aulani

Has anyone moved from one villa type to another during an Aulani stay? We currently are booked for two nights in OV and the rest in SV. We have a waitlist request for SV for the first two nights so that hopefully we can be in the same villa for the whole time. Assuming that doesn't work out, does anyone have any experience changing rooms mid-stay?

I know we'll have to pack up -- can we get bell services or something to keep our cold stuff cold or move our kitchen stuff? Seems like an ideal day to simply get out of the room and maybe got to Pearl Harbor or something. Any advice much appreciated.

We were in three different villas during our stay. Bell services will hold your bags and will keep your refrigerated/frozen food. When you are packed for your move, just call down to bell services and they will send someone up. We lucked out on one of our moves. The villa we were moving into was already ready.
