Changing room selection for concierge?

We booked a concierge room but I want to change it to have views of castaway cay. Can I change it even though the deposit is non-refundable? I don't want the deposit back; I just want to switch rooms. Is there a special number to call for concierge or do I call DCL?

Yes, just call DCL and say that you want to change your reservation. If you are less than 125 days from your cruise, you should have heard from shoreline concierge, but I believe you'll need DCL to change your reservation.

We did exactly this for the exact same reason. We were still well outside our PIF date, but when I logged on and saw the room I wanted available, I emailed our TA and it was taken care of in 45 minutes. (It only took that long because, since I had looked at it, the system put a 30 minute hold on it.)
