Changing ressies and plane tickets

I currently have my honeymoon booked through Disney Travel. Currently we are booked to be in the GF checking in on August 10th and checking out on August 16th. I am thinking that we may need more time in WDW considering we want to go to the waterparks and spend some time in DTD as well as free time hanging around the resort. I want to add on 2 more days, but I already have plane ticket with Delta that were booked through Disney Travel. How does it work if I want to add on days to my plan considering I have plane tickets???

I think it's best to call your travel agent, maybe they can help you with the plane tickets. When we went down, I had the plane tickets purchased, then my husbands work decided he needed to be there for a meeting that week so we had to change our dates by a week. I had to pay a change fee of $100 per ticket and the difference in the cost of the flight (which of course was higher ). I had non-refundable tickets though and I knew that was what was going to happen when he came home and told me about this work issue. When I booked the trip we just never figured that we were going to have to change the dates. We've never had to change a flight before in all of our years of business and pleasure flying. So that's what happened to me - but like I said - maybe your travel agent can help you out. Sending some your way.

Thanks. Yea I called WDW Travel (who I had the reservations through) and they handled everything. It was exactly what you had said. The tickets were charged a $100 fee in addition to the difference in ticket prices.
