Changing Resorts?

Does changing resorts mean a completely new reservation or is it considered a modification?

I think you mean a modification. A new reservation would only be needed if you were keeping the current resort and adding another resort. ie split stay.

Depends on what you want to do. If you are at POP but want to change that to a stay at POR, then it's a modification. But, if you're at POP and want to stay at POR after several days at POP, it will be two different reservations.
