Changing reservations online

hi everyone! For some reason, I can’t change my reservation at all online... I wanted to add some days but when I click on change reservation it just takes me back to my plans... any suggestions? I am trying not to call since it’s a long distance call from Canada

There's nothing you can do yourself. You'll either have to call Tech Support or call reservations. I have never been able to modify my reservation online. Like never.

I have been able to change mine in the past. But for our trip next month, we decided we wanted to make a change and couldn't get it to work online. We ended up having to call (I feel your pain about the cost of calling, as a fellow Canuck! I hope you have the same luck I did--on hold for less than 5 minutes, total call length was just over 10 minutes). The website has been especially awful lately.
