changing reservation?

I just booked 4 nights Kids Stay & Play free at Pop Century for Sept 2011. If Free Dining comes out later- can I change my reservation? How many nights do you need for free dining in the past offers? Do I have to cancel this ressie altogether and start all over? Will I lose my $200 deposit? How about if they never offer free dining- can I add a dining plan on any time?

You can modify your reservation, no problem. If you are not using a TA, just make sure you keep you eyes peeled for discounts and call asap. No loss of deposit, and no need to cancel and rebook. You can also add the dining plan up until a few days prior to travel. If you make it very close to check in, they may add a small surcharge to cover reprinting your docs.

Things will be easiest if you make any changes prior to making your final pmt 45 days prior to travel. Have fun!
