Changing reservation and keeping fastpasses?

I will be booking a weekend for the beginning of December soon. I know I will have a few days before the weekend and a few days after but I don't know which yet. Can I just book the few days before and after (room only reservation) and make my fastpasses at 60 days? Then when my boss tells me it is before or after I get off as well, I can alter my reservation and not lose my fastpasses for the days I am keeping?

I think you should be fine. As long as your park tickets stay on your account your room reservation shouldn't mess with your fastpasses once they are booked. Keep in mind that you can only book fastpasses for as many days as you have tickets.
