Hi folks - anyone know if there's any penalty for doing this?

We have a 10-night stay reserved. If for example we were 3 nights in and wanted to make it a 5-night stay instead, would we be charged for any additional nights?

Thanks for any input!

If you were given a discount for staying 10 nights, the discount would be removed and you'd pat the higher rate for the nights you stayed. (I know many hotels give discounts based on the number of nights.) I know they have a 5 day policy on cancellations. Not sure how this would play, you might get stuck paying for a couple more nights.

Thanks for the reply.

The only discount we received was for AP, not length of stay. Hopefully there wouldn't be a penalty. Not planning on changing anything, but we have a child with health issues that sometimes pop up and make us change our plans.
