Changing Ports due to weather??

Does anyone know what happens to excursions if you have to change ports due to weather conditions? Are you just dropped off at another port with nothing to do?

First of all, if you pre-paid for an excursion and can't get to that port then they refund your money.

If you go to an alternate port for some reason, don't worry! DCL is prepared for that and they have shore excursions for alternate ports as well. We ended up in Key West on an October 2000 Magic cruise and they had shore excursions available for the port, even though that was not a reuglar port for the Disney ships.
