I'm going to file this one under if I knew then, what I know now. Back in the "initial" stages of planning this trip, our travel agent scheduled the following:

Be our guest breakfast @830
Cinderella For the same day at 11:40.

We also have 2 slots for Tuskers, but I think that's because I couldn't decide what time to go.

My questions:
-im already feeling overwhelmed with BIG and Cinderella being in the same day. One has GOT to go. Don't think either is available for dinner. Which would you pick? Also, this is our FIRST day in the parks.

Tuskers....ive not heard great things. A dear friend has more than once suggested other plans in AK. I thought the best part was meeting telhe characters, but she says there are other options to meet n greet characters. Any better AM options in you opinion?

My daughter is a Rapunzel SUPER fan. As I understand she has character dining at an Italian restaurant. Anyone have luck getting reservations there?

Sorry for any typos and thanks for any suggestions.

(Our trip, if it matters is Dec 31 -Jan 4. First day in the parks is Jan 1 in the MK)

Tusker House is one of the best character meals from a food perspective. Good character interaction too. Yes, you can do meet n greets, but you’ll wait in line, sometimes for many minutes. If you’re going to eat anyway, why not combine it with characters?

The Bon Voyage breakfast is the meal you’re talking about w Rapunzel. It is very popular and I’ve heard it’s quite good

The character meal with Rapunzel is the "Bon Voyage Breakfast" at Trattoria al Forno. Think it is a tough reservation to get....might have to work at it.

In MK, Rapunzel has a meet n greet at Fairy Tale hall.

Bummer that your friend did not have a good experience at Tusker House. I am looking forward to our first TH visit -lunch April 2018. Partially because my sons like buffets, but mostly for the characters.

I would definitely drop BOG and go to CRT. Tusker House is one of our favorite character meals - I would keep it! For the Bon Voyage breakfast at Trattoria al Forno, if you can't find availability, google "touring plans reservation finder" and sign up for their search service. They will check for reservations and alert you if something becomes available. If you get an alert, you do have to jump on it quickly, though, as others will most likely be trying to snag the reservation as well.

I would drop BOG. The breakfast is only mediocre, IMO and you're going during peak crowd time so you'll want the early hours for touring. CRT is a great experience, especially with a Princess fan.

I would definitely keep one of your Tusker ADRs. It's a good buffet with a little bit more variety than others on property and the characters are fun there as well.

1) Please make up your mind soon.
2) You are taking ADR's that others are probably trying to get.
3) This can be considered selfish or rude.
4) The example is . . . what if you wanted Rapunzel and someone else is doubled-booked and using an ADR for that meal you could have had?

Actually trying to narrow it down this week. As I stated this is my first Disney trip, I didn't double book it our travel agent did and I didn't even realize it was double booked until I fully understood how to use the Disney experience site. And I use the term "fully understood" lightly. Because I still haven't figured out how to move from one location to the other.

Anyway, I appreciate the suggestions. I think we will get rid of BOG. it's all a bit overwhelming tbh

If you have the chance and have any interest, you can always post your tentative itinerary on here to get feedback. It took me a few trips to fully understand how gigantic WDW is and it can become quite a logistical challenge just in terms of travel time from point A to point B. Plenty of people on here to help you!

We love Tusker House so I would definitely keep that one! I also agree with the others that say keep CRT because you are there during peak crowds and will want to utilize the morning touring. If you want dinner though, tell your TA. It might not pop up but there is no reason not to have her keep looking if that is what you want.
