changing names before bal due

dilema, I have a 16 year old nephew that is due to attend the cruise with us in may its just his mom (my sister) is driving me crazy. He is failing some classes and she feels he should not be taken out of school although I promised all work given will be done. If she reallyt decided he cannot go can I change the name of the passenger.

If you change the name before your final payment, there will be no fees. If you wait to change after final payment, there will be a change fee of $50. If you wait to change after the documents have been printed, there will be an additional $35 documents reissue fee.
