I am getting married in a little over a month (eek) and I have emailed my wedding planner but I figured I'd ask you all since you're all very knowledgeable

We are having our reception at LSS and althought we estimated for 50 people, the number of people, including DF and I, is 24. The minimum for LSS according to my contract is 25.

Can we request to switch this late in the game or we will be forced to switch? I'm so worried!

As long as you guarantee that you'll spend the minimum, I don't think they'll make you switch if you don't want to. Obviously your planner will be able to say for sure, though. Good luck!

Agreed, I really don't think they'll make a big deal out of you being short 1 person, as long as you meet the minimums, especially if you already signed your contract.
