Changing Limo Companies

We used Tiffany's this past May for the 3rd time and the diver was 15 minutes late to meet us, we had to carry our own luggage and he said very little to us at all. Then on the way back to the airport, he was late again picking us up and when we got the the airport, a young women jumped out of the front seat and ran inside the terminal.. what's that about???

So I am not using Tiffany's this trip and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts about Happy Limo. I currently have reservations with Florida Tours to support the DIS but after 2 phone calls I am not happy with them at all and want to change my plans.

Any help with information about Happy Limo would be great and many thanks!!
 
To be honest michboro the reason why I am changing is because I want to deal with a human on the phone but because I made the reservation online on their website, they have no interest in answering any questions or making changes except through email... so if I have a problem when I arrive... what do I do??? I would rather do business with a company that is interested in customer service and I don't think they have my best interest in mind...

I'm sure alot of my fellow DIS'ers have never had a problems with this company and that's great but because of the way I have been handled, I am moving to a different company.

I use to use Tiffany's but during my trip in May we had a limo reserved, the driver was late to the airport, no help with the luggage to or from the airport and on the way back to the airport, the driver was having a little party in the front seat with some women who leaped from the car the minute we pulled up and ran inside. I had used Tiffany's 2 times before this past trip but again customer service wasn't there this last trip so I want to keep looking.
 
Haven't used Happy Limo. My suggestion would be to try Sunray Transportation. I've had good luck with them for my past three trip and will be booking with them again for June.

are you saying that in the car you reserved, the driver had another passenger? could you elaborate a little please. i am rather appalled by this.
 
kirbsam, when we pulled up to the airport, a young lady jumped out from the front seat and ran inside, I know she got out of our limo because she slammed the door and you could feel it back where we were.

I wasn't happy about it either which is one of the reasons why I will not use Tiffany's again. It's a good company and they do offer good service but if the drivers are going to play around like that.... since I am the one paying for the car, no one should be in the car but myself, my guests and the driver, not the drivers girlfriend.....
