Dining Time: We are currently booked for late seating, but we are hoping to change to early seating. I have been checking multiple times of day to see if we can change as the final payment deadline for our cruise is a few days away and I was hoping some people would cancel and spots would open up, but so far no luck. We also have a note on our reservations of wanting to change to early seating. Will the option come up online if people cancel, or will we likely need to see guest services as soon as we board?

Gluten-Free: Also I tried to note I am GF under dietary requirements, but they do not have gluten-free as an option? Seems odd to me since Disney usually has so many GF options. Do I need to note it somewhere else? Really hoping I don't need to call through since wait times are so long!

Email them at the Contact Us link to add the GF note and make sure they have you waitlisted for 1st Seating

You can use the link below instead of calling. Scroll toward the bottom to enter it as a food allergy to gluten. My husband has celiac, and this is what we've done. Not an allergy, of course, but it's effectively treated as such for food prep. Confirm with your waiter that it's on the account at your first dinner, as well. The menus in the sit-down restaurants have GF marked already, so it's really easy to order, and they'll know to bring you gf rolls. You can get burgers on deck, too - they'll specially prepare it away from others, with a gf bun. The buffet is not labeled for ingredients (unless they just started to do that recently), but a chef will escort you and show you what is safe to eat.

I don’t think you’ll “see” (online) openings for early dining. Get onto the waitlist and if that doesn’t come through you can check again when you board, there will be a location to make dining changes.

Gluten free should be noted on your reservation, then you can chat with a head server onboard about options.

If you are at Port Canaveral, you can log onto the app as soon as you are in the terminal. When we were there in January, Dining Services opened at 12:30 (and we were still in the terminal). I was able to switch to early dining while waiting to board.

We have used the Special Services link several times. I just really wish they would send back some form of reply that they got it. My wife has food allergies and I need distilled water for my CPAP Machine.

I just was able to switch to main dining for my June cruise this morning online so keep checking. It was previously unavailable and I was waitlisted for main dining.
