Changing dates-- strange availability

Hello all! Wanted to see if anyone is encountering a strange availability when switching your dates?

So I am trying to update my reservation to extend the date (or drop a day) and the other two views are showing up, as opposed to my current view. Does that make sense? Trying to figure out what is happening, if its a glitch, or if MS is trying to crack down on walkers.

Basically, when I try to modify, only the OTHER views show up, not the view that I have booked.

In other words, my std bwv room does not show up when I try to modify. Only the bw and pool/garden view show up as available. It is a bit anxiety inducing.

Is this happening to anyone else?

It’s probably because std view is not available for those dates. So you can book a split stay, but you’d have to move due to the different booking categories.

If you click Show Rooms With No Availability, the std view will appear, and if you click on the name of the room you’ll see the calendar showing it’s booked.

If the date you are trying to add is not available but the other views are for all the new dates, those will show and not what you have booked. You have to click show other rooms…then you will see what you have.

if you are dropping a day, then it should show up. If not, it’s a glitch.
