changing dates for MNSSHP tickets

I know the tickets are nonrefundable but I purchased tickets for my family for the Oct 2 date and now we may need to change our dates. Does anyone know if they would they let me exchange the tickets for Sept 30? I guess I could call and say they sent me the wrong dates but I'm a terrible liar and would prefer not to do that if I can get them changed honestly. Thanks for the insight...

Yes, you can exchange them. I did that with my MVMCP tickets. They told me just to send them back to the address on the receipt/letter and include a note asking to exchange them for the new date.

Please remember that it is not guarnteed that they will do this. Please call CRO, and have them connect you to Ticket Servicees, they will be the best able to help you. Unfortunately it depends on the level of tickets sold for the particular day. I hope they're able to help, but there is no guarntee.
