Changing Daily Park Tickets to AP?

Planning March 2024 the week before Easter. Daily park tickets no reservations required and AP still needs park reservations. What happens if I purchase daily tickets and then when I get to the parks convert to AP? I will not have any reservations because I had daily tickets, how will I get into the parks? Thanks

You can make park reservations once you upgrade. If you don't want to chance there not being any reservations left and not getting park reservations, call ticketing and upgrade now.

Better to do that now anyway if OP can because AP prices may increase before then.
