I've flown SW a lot but never had to change anything. I know a lot of people here have lots of experience with changing their SW itineraries.
I've got a flight to Orlando (and back) in December that I booked online. I've recently found that Delta has a flight for a few bucks less but, the kicker is the times are SO much better for our schedule. Plus, they participate with Disney on checking-in and checking your luggage from your resort and that would just make life so much easier. And I happen to know I'll be booking SW to fly to Nashville and back in February.
So, what I want to know is, am I right that I can easily go online and use the "change your flight" tool to change my flight from December to Orlando to February to Nashville? February dates aren't open yet but, they probably will be in a month or so. I know that all travel using these "funds" much be completed within a year of my original booking date, which was July. And I know I might have to pay the difference in the cost of my Orlando flight vs the N-ville flight. But that's it, right? Shouldn't be a problem otherwise?
TIA!!
