Changing a flight booked with rewards?

Does anyone know if this can be done?
I am new to Southwest but recently booked using my reward points and if I need to make a change to a different flight (actually on the same day) is there a charge to do this?
If it's going to be a big cost or a big pain in the rear it may not be worth it.

It's easy to change. There's no change fee, you would have to pay additional points if it is more. If the new flight is less points, they return them to your account.

not a pain, no charge, unless your new flight is not available, just call, it is easier and they will gladly walk you thru it (not sure if you used a standard award or actual points etc, so I say just call)
