changing a ding fare

I have ding fare reservations for May. I now see that there is an early n/s flight earlier. It is a little more but I was told that I could not just change my flight departure. I do not want to change my return as it is 15 cheaper per ticket for 3 people each way. I don't mind spending another 50 but I really don't want to spend another 100. Please help. Does it matter if I changed a full fare rate to this ding rate that I have now?

I got someone who was really really helpful. I never knew that you could go directly into your reservatin and change it. For anyone who needs this info- go into travel center, under air you will see an option to change a reservation, select that, put your reservation number and credit card name in, hit enter, it then brings up your whole reservation. you check which leg you want to change and it then you can do whatever changes you need to do. I could not believe how simple it was. I will now have another full day in disney - yahh. Instead of getting in at 6:40 I get in at 10:40. And it only cost me $14 for 3 of us to change to this.

I did this last week also. I change our return flight from 4:50 to 9:15 and saved $200 (5 people), which they gave me as a credit
