I started with CR and 7 day PH, called a couple of days later to remove the tickets which changed the resv. to room only. At first the CM told me I couldn't do it and I asked her to please double check. She came back on the line and told me everything had been taken care of and the new total she gave me indicated I was still receiving the 40% discount.
I called back yesterday because we decided to go with OKW due to the construction @ CR. I didn't know the change to room-only resulted in a new resv. number and panicked because the old one showed it was cancelled. Anyway, the new CM I was speaking with told me the reservation couldn't be modified because I was using a pin code in someone else's name...what? I assured her that was not the case and once again had to be placed on hold while she called to get clarification on whether or not we could change resorts.
Long story short, yes we were able to change but not without a few bumps along the way. Also, I'm still concerned because I was told an email confirmation would be sent within the next few hours and it's been over 24 and nothing has arrived yet. I guess I'll wait until tomorrow and call back if it still doesn't show up.
