Changes to MK resort bus routes

For the last coupe of years, buses to DAK & DTD from WL have generally stopped at GF on the way, and buses from CR have stopped at Poly. Some folk have taken advantage of this for a quick trip from WL to GF.

This will be changing starting next Monday, 3/2. WL & CR will share buses, and Poly & GF will share buses. (I'm not sure whether buses will stop first at WL or at CR.) So no more shortcut from WL to GF; it'll be bus or boat to MK or CR, followed by monorail or boat (from MK) to GF.

Also, a limited test is underway running separate buses directly between the MK resorts and TL, bypassing DTD. The buses run all day, including after 2pm. Everyone else still needs to take a DTD bus before 2 p.m., and transfer at Epcot after 2pm. This test is scheduled to end on 3/28.

Well, that does make sense. I've never understood why these weren't the routes to begin with! Thanks for the heads up.

It never made sense to me, either. And exiting Poly thru the service gate involved a difficult and somewhat risky left turn with no traffic light.
