Changes to existing reservation

Hi gang. It's been a while since I posted here.

I currently have a reservation for a Cat 6 room for 11/9/02 but due to some life changes (divorce), I need to remove a person from the reservation, change to a Cat 11, and possibly change the date. Will that mean cancelling and rebooking? I booked this in March 01 and got a good early booking discount. I wasn't too worried about it until I just read that Disney may not be doing Fall Fantasy this year.

How about changing a dinner seating? We hav the late, but would like to switch to the early. I know there is an option to make the change on the cruise, but can I make the change now--a week before I cruise through DCL reservations?
