changes to dlr hotel reservations policy?

I called DLR to make my resies for December in April and I was told that even if I made my resies on 4/1/08 then decided to cancel 4/2/08 (8 months before the trip) that I would not have my initial night refunded to me.

Wow, that's not what they told us at all. On the paper they sent me with the reservation, it says in order to refund you the deposit you must contact them within 72 hours of the scheduled stay.

So sounds like maybe you were talking to a CM that didn't know what they were talking about!

I know if they ever changed it to that, we'd probably always stay offsite. Things happens, and I don't go for not having any kind of cancel policy!
