I actually could do breakfast pretty economically with the new plan. I can really only have potatoes, fruit, soy milk and meat (allergic to every thing else) so using a cs meal as 3 snack items would work great. I could do bacon, potatoes and then either a whole piece of fruit or maybe a wheat free roll and get water or coffee in my mug. Or soymilk, meat, potatoes. This is the one time that having allergies would be an advantage.
However it's pretty moot as I tend to bring breakfast since I don't like the morning crowds.

) but I wish they provided the option of something like cereal, fruit or yoghurt with your meal & drink for example. OK you can now swap your drink for one of those, but it still makes breakfast a second-class meal on the dining plan.
