I have made most of our ressies for our trip this December, but just remembered that one of the members of our party will be in a wheelchair...i did not see a spot to enter this information in when making the ressies online. Did I just miss it, or will I need to call & speak with someone to have this information added to each of our reservations?

I use a wheelchair while at WDW, and in 15 years have never given, or felt the need to give this information when making any ADR.

Our son is in a wheelchair and I did ask the reservationist to make a note of it months prior to our visit, however it seems they treat special requests when you check in. For example at the Biergarten, we were still asked if everyone in our party was able to climb stairs. I said no, my son is in a wheelchair he is unable to transfer, and she mentioned she did see it on the reservation. So, when you check in just let someone know, Disney is WONDERFUL with special requests!

Not to worry-you can call Disney Dining and they'll add the wheelchair to your reservations. I've forgotten to include the wheelchair to ours, and they've added it without any problems.

When booking dining reservations online, it's in the Special Requests section.:goodvibes
