Changes Changes Changes!!!!!

Several of us are going to Orlando in February. My daughter in law couldn't make up her mind until a month after we made our reservations...So..I had to make their family's through Orbit and on another plane...(Delta) We are flying Air Tran. The flight going from Flint, Michigan to Atlanta has changed over a dozen times! As it was...We were going to have to drive an hour earlier (going to the airport) because of their schedule changes back and forth...(Before they were leaving an hour after us...Now it is an hour after us...)...Now, they..(with their three children) will be staying with an almost four hour lay over in Atlanta...!

I have noticed there are other flights leaving from Atlanta to Orlando much earlier than the ones they are scheduled to leave on...I had never used Orbit before....Because the lay over had become so long...Would Orbit be willing to try to change the flight leaving from Atlanta to Orlando...?...At no cost? Or is that just the way it is? I always make my reservations directly with the airline...This is the first time I had ever used Orbit.

I've never used Orbitz but it never hurts to call and ask. I always use the airline's website. AirTran will change your flight if they switched you originally at no charge. But what an online agency will do may differ.

Orbitz should help you. Delta did the same thing with us, we booked through travelocity and they helped us. Good Luck!

Yes...So far...We have had very little (five minutes) changes with Air Tran...and are satisfied with the flight..It's Delta that has changed so many times!..I guess..all I can do is call them (Orbit) and find out...It doesn't hurt to ask...
