hey guys...
i just needed to share this with someone...we were scheduled to arrive in disney and stay at POR beginning 12/27/03 thru 1/2/04...looked around on mousesavers and found that they were offering a annual passholders rate if you checked in on 12/26/03...i called and asked if i could change our checkin date to 12/26/03 and make use of the annual passholder code...the first person i talked to told me that they didn't have any availability under the code for the date i was looking for...but i had a feeling that the cm did not really have a clue about what he was doing, so i called back about 20 minutes later and spoke to another, much more helpful cm...explained what i wanted to do and she said "sure, we have availability at akl"...i jumped at that...we are not scheduled to arrive on 12/26/03 and depart on 1/2/04...we will be staying at akl for almost half the price that it would have cost us to stay the POR...
the moral of this story...educate yourself about what is available...call and if you don't get the answer you want, call back and ask again...
