In September 2009, I will be staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for 7 nights with my dh and our 2 boys, who will be ages 2 and almost 4. What do you think of this eating plan? By the way, we will be on the dining plan.
Day 1: we check in, then after unpacking head over to downtown disney and eat at planet hollywood for dinner.
Day 2: MK. Lunch at Columbia Harbor House and dinner at the Liberty Tree Tavern.
Day 3: Epcot. Chef Mickey's for breakfast, which we plan on paying out of pocket for, Sunshine Seasons for lunch, and Le Cellier for dinner. I'm still toying with the idea of doing Chef Mickey's for dinner, but dh was reading over the guide book and specifically asked to do Le Cellier for dinner.
Day 4: We go to either TL or BB, haven't decided yet. Lunch will be CS at wherever we end up going. Dinner will be at our hotel. I'm thinking Boma because I don't really want to take two little children to a signature restaurant and also Jiko would use 2 TS credits and throw off the whole eating schedule.
Day 5: MGM. Lunch at the Backlot Express. I'm thinking dinner at the Hollywood Brown Derby, but I'm open to suggestions.
Day 6: AK. Lunch at the Flame Tree Barbecue. Dinner is where I need some guidance. I was thinking about the Rainforest Cafe, but there are so many mixed reviews I'm thinking not. Now I'm thinking the Yak and Yeti TS. Are there any character meals available in AK?
Day 7: MK. Lunch at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe. Dinner at the Crystal Palace. I previously thought about Tony's, but I think the kids will enjoy the Crystal Palace more.
