You've got some great options here. One of my most immediate thoughts is that it looks like you've got quite a number of resort/DTD meals planned--that might work really well for your group, and especially with such an amazingly long trip!--but it does stand out to me on first glance.

Along the lines of what machingstar said, you have a lot of split days planning. It means you'll probably be doing a fair amount of travel within the resort. As long as you're okay with that, the resorts have a lot of great options.

6/19 - House of Blues - lunch, Is this worth it, something better in DTD?
I ate at House of Blues for the first time recently and did enjoy it a lot. That being said, I do like Raglan Road at DTD!

6/21 - Gasparilla - lunch, Grand Floridian Café - dinner
Are you planning on spending the day at Grand Floridian? If not, I would look into CS and/or TS locations at whichever parks you're heading too for that day. I wasn't overly impressed with lunch or dinner at the GFC; the food was okay, but the service was very slow. I'd allow about 2 hours for this meal to be safe.

6/26 - Riverside Grill - lunch, Via Napoli - dinner, 6/27 - Sassagoula - lunch, Be Our Guest - dinner
These are both split days with a resort and theme park. If you're staying at Port Orleans, then heading to the CS for lunch is fine, but if you're not, my family would opt to have a CS meal at the park we're heading to instead of taking the time to get to the resort and then to the park.

6/28 - Sunshine Season - lunch, Want to stay in future world, good choice?
For the Future World locations, yes, this one is fine. For my family, we would probably opt to walk to WS to have a CS lunch.

Sci Fi Dine In - shakes
You will still probably need an ADR to have shakes at Sci Fi. I would also look into the 50's PT Tune In Lounge as an alternate because they don't take reservations.

7/1 - Crystal Palace - breakfast, recommendation for CS in MK for those who might get hungry
My favorites would be Be Our Guest (lunch) or Cosmic Rays (dinner)

I probably should have mentioned that. We are doing a split stay, different groups of people during different stay, but it explains some of the resort dining.
6/16 - 6/17 AOA
6/17 - 6/21 AKL
6/21 - 6/22 VGF
6/22 - 6/26 Cruise
6/26 - 6/28 POR (dance group)
6/28 - 7/1 BLT
7/1 - 7/5 VWL

Thanks for the input. We decided to drop Chef mickeys and go with Cosmic Rays. We did get a ressie for Sci Fi Dine In. Going to revisit the idea of GFC, nothing on the menu sticks out for me, but we thought since staying at VGF it would be nice. Would rather do one of the signatures, but do not want to spend that kind of money. Wondering if it would be the worth the splurge to do Narcossees or Citricos instead?
