I changed our flight going to Orlando. Do I need to contact Magical Express and notify them of the change? I did NOT change our return flight. I already received my DME tags, and the resort is the same, we will just be arriving at 9am instead of 2:00pm. I just don't know what to do and my DU agent is out until Monday.

Thanks!!!

Thank you! Is there a number I can call or does my DU agent have to make the change?

Yes, you should call and let them know, however, it will not throw a major spoke in the works if you do not. For arriving at MCO, the only reason they do reservations is for sending out luggage tags, scheduling personnel and buses, and appeasing the other transportation companies.

It also helps them if they know 8 reserved passengers are on AA Flight 8407 (fictional) and it is delayed until 2am. That way they can make sure a bus and a desk agent is on duty.

If you arrive early because you decided to fly standby on an early flight at the last minute, they will still allow you to board the next available bus and they will grab your luggage with the yellow tags.

I called yesterday to change our flight #'s. I wanted to make sure they had the correct information because our flight doesn't come in until 11:00pm. I was worried that if I didn't let them know that we would be arriving later than expected they might close up shop and go home, and I would be stranded at the airport :rotfl: . I know that would never happen, but by calling and letting them know, it gives me one less thing to stress over.
