It was probably close to 4 weeks. The trick I had was I had to contact them about a billing issue due to a weird credit card charge after the cruise. That team was more responsive and after resolving the first issue I mentioned the photos and suddenly they worked.
DCL never acknowledged anything was wrong they just sent me an instruction sheet like I didn’t know what I was doing which was kind of annoying. It was a couple weeks later I got an official response to my photo ticket. I know that isn’t helpful but it is what happened. Wish I had better info. Next time I’m downloading them onboard. Love DCL but there IT isn’t their strong suit.
