Change One Thing At The Fort

I know they will never do it, but I would like to see the cabin prices lowered. I can't imagine paying that much. At a deluxe resort maybe. I would love to stay in the cabins, but not at those prices.

I would like to see no charge for bringing your pets, some people may say it's just 5.00 per day but that really starts to add up.

Yeah it's only $5 but what's it for? It doesn't cost Disney anything for my pet to stay in my RV with me. I wish they would get rid of this surcharge.

I haven't even camped there yet but it's obvious to me that a food court is needed as well as at least one themed pool with a slide. They revamped the pool at Old Key West a few years ago--added a slide--so it seems the only place on property w/o one is FW. The food court is a no-brainer! Even with people cooking at their sites, they have to know that there are many who would use a food court!

I forgot about that.. a themed pool is much needed to right along with the food court!!

I agree, I think the two things needed most are a food court and a themed pool. Although, I think we'll see a themed pool long before we see a food court (food court isn't as feasible at the Fort as it is at other resorts).

I agree just a little remodel and it could work. I would even be willing for it to be a window that you walk up order and then eat out side. Inside would be nice but I will take anything.

Thats a very decent price....$52 cheaper than we had to pay during value season!!!

1) Upgraded Pool area with a few Water Slides, and an in-pool volleyball court

2) Nice Mini-Golf Course with a discount for us campers

3) Nice Golf Cart trail between the Fort and the Lodge

4) Weekly Discounts on Golf Cart Rentals.

5) Use of the other resorts facilities

6) The Fort merchandise being sold on DisneyShopping.com.....sometimes I need my online shopping fix, and ebay only has 14-16 Fort items at atime.!

7) Free Gift with every reservation, that gets better the more you book.....like a Free Pin for every Kid that's booked

8) Include the Fort in the "Million Dreams" too......

Personally, I'd like to have a campfire at the sites , but I know that's a huge liability for Disney. I know they have the campfire & movie, but it's nothing compared to a nice camp fire at your site at night before you go to bed. I love sitting around the fire with the fam when camping. But with Florida's drought issues, this will never happen.

On second thought, knowing my youngest, maybe a fire isn't such a good idea. He's too much like his uncle Jeff (who, btw, is a firefighter , but boy did he like to get into things -- like burning the tires off his hotwheels, just to see if they'd melt -- when he was younger.) the baby is only going on 2, but he gives us way too may "uncle Jeff" looks. I think we'll keep going to places that don't alway fires....
