That's so hard! We went 5 days once in hot June when almost every house in our neighborhood DID have power. We stayed in the house for three of the five nights before finally getting power.

People in Lansing, MI have been protesting the "government" side of no power. I'm sure a lot of people are just simply fed up. Knock on wood we were some of the lucky ones that didn't lose power.....which is a first as we usually lose power in a breeze!!
