My BFF and our 4 girls:grouphug: (14, 13, 11, 9) :grouphug:have changed the date of our Disney trip from February 2010 up to October 28 - November 4 2009!!!! I have lodging arranged at an off site vacation house.

:littleangel:I am so blessed to be able to return only 7 months since my last visit :littleangel:

Now what.... I have never planned a trip on this short of notice. I feel overwhelmed. Additionally my BFF and her girls have NEVER been to Disney. My family has been there many times and know what to expect. How to I prepare her and her girls? I want them to be able to see and do the most possible. I have also never been during October/November -- how does the MNSSHP effect the crowd levels? I subscribe to touring plans so the crowd levels look very good during this trip.

I have not even booked our airfare, car rental, bought tickets, started my spreadsheets, began packing planning, and the list goes on and on and I am only 65 days away!!!! Any tips would be WONDERFUL :worship::worship:

First things First Relax:cutie:

2nd Book your ADR's now

Buy your ticket to MNSSH as soon as possible since the tickets cap out every night for the party and remember that with this ticket you can get into MK as early as 4pm on the day of the party.

Now consider if you need the park hopper option since you will be staying for a lengthy amount of time especially since you will not be able to use EMH I think regular base tickets might be the best option just make sure to plan your ADRs around what park which day.

Make sure you get together a bag for the trip- I really like my Baggallini Messenger Bag.

Tell them to make sure that they start working in the shoes (at least two pair) they will wear now!:goodvibes

Have everyone bring at least one pair of pants and a light jacket for those chilly mornings and evenings.

If you have any other questions feel free to PM me also I have a packing list if you would like it.

Have a Great and Magical Trip- It will be amazing!:thumbsup2

ADR's -- Check.

I was surprised that all of my choices were available online this morning. Even CRT was available!!! :woohoo:

We are getting together this afternoon to buy the airfare. Renting a minivan through our airline's (Allegiant) is so much cheaper than anything I have found with any code/coupon combination.

I put together a "Binder of Fun" that has info on anything and everything I could possibly need on our trip. I have started printing my information now.

I have created a packing outline so that should not be too bad. We will also have laundry facilities:laundy: so we won't need to pack quite so much -- I am sure that is just a dream with 4 teen and tween girls. :rainbow:

What do I need to remember to tell my BFF so that she will be adequately prepared?? :scratchin
