change in connections?

I joined connection (deal pass)approx 2 months before our March WDW trip. It all seemed easy to understand. I was thinking about keeping the membership past the 30 day trial too. Well after a couple of weeks I went back to the web site and it was very different than the first time. Since I didn't have a lot of time then to explore deeper I logged off. A few days before the 30 day trial ended I went back to check it out. I was very confused. Every time I tried to find out more info on Disney and vouchers it looked as tho I would have to join something else. Any way it appeared that I would have to keep joining new clubs in order to get the benefits I thoutht I was getting by joining connection (deal pass).

Has anyone else noticed this? Or have things changed again?

I was very happy with the ticket prices and the vouchers I purchased upon joining.

I've never had luck with their website (it's now DealPass.com) except to order giftcards for stores. The Disney stuff seems to be locked up so you have to order by phone. Hopefully you can find answers here for prices and details on passes and food vouchers cuz the folks on the phone may or may not have the answers you need. However, as far as I know you should still be able to order both by phone without going any of the other deal pass companies. One is enough! Good luck.

Im a member of Simple Escapes and I use the dealpass website also. I never have any problems accessing the Disney tickets or meal vouchers. If you have any question about them I would be happy ot help out if I can.

I ordered my breakfast ticket on the 28th and still haven't received it, I better, soon..

When you go to the dealpass main screen, put your connections account number in the top left with your zipcode. It will bring you to the old connections123.com page. From there, you can check prices and order everything. I've always ordered online and had no trouble.

I joined a couple weeks ago and ordered online. One of the confusions I had was that I looked under Restaurants to find the dining certificates, but they are listed under Attractions. :)
