The bus service between BB & Epcot has been discontinued. It has replaced by a CS "Internal Resort Shuttle" which stops at all 4 stops at CS and then goes to BB.
So to get from Epcot to BB, you now need to take the bus to CS, and then transfer to the internal shuttle. To get back to Epcot, you take the bus to CS and then transfer to the Epcot bus.
Of course, when BB is open, you could actually transfer at any convenient resort to get between BB and a park.
But this mainly affects W-S golfers after BB has closed. You'll now need to find your way to CS to get the internal shuttle to BB & W-S. To get back to a resort after BB is closed, 3 buses will be needed, transferring at CS, and then at Epcot, another open park, or DTD if all parks have closed. Or, take a taxi.
