change dates on UT tickets At Disney

I purchased tickets from Undercover tourist November trip. We have to move our trip up to next week to be with my granddaughters make a wish. Can we go to guest services and change the dates or even make it an AP? I haven’t linked them to my account yet. I did chat with UT they didn’t know the answer and I apologize I don’t have time to search the stickies

I was able to change the dates (not upgrading to an AP) on tickets purchased recently from Undercover Tourist. I updated using the Disney app after linking them to my account.

Go to your MDX account and Modify your tickets. Third Party tickets can now be Modified in MDX without waiting until you have arrived at WDW.
