Chances on walk up at Wolfgang Cafe

Now that we are closer to our scheduled trip, it looks like it actually will work out better for us to go to DTD on a day different than that which I initially intended. I have an ADR for Wolfgang Puck Cafe that night but am wondering what you think my chances are of getting a table without a huge wait if we walk up on a Monday evening instead?

Any thoughts?

I think it's possible to walk-up. Depends on when your trip is scheduled, and if you'd consider dining early (5-ish?). Let's see what some other Dis-ers recommend

I don't think it would be too much of a problem. DTD is more crowded on weekend nights than weekdays. Plus, if you can't get a seat, get the Express counter-service and sit outside/...dining al fresco so to speak.
Plus I think the express food quality is better.

Don't worry....there's always available food somewhere at Disney. You won't go hungry.

Thanks Micca...yes, we probably will be early since we have a 2.5 year old (should have mentioned that!). Glad to know it's an option!

We're not worried about going hungry Jeanieblue114...we've been to WDW many times and found many good (and some not so good) restaurants. I specifically inquired about Wolfgang Puck Cafe because it is a must do on our listl.

The Express location is fine but, in my opinion, offers very pedestrian fare not much of a step above counter service elsewhere. It hardly compares to being able to get some good sushi, pumpkin ravioli, or other more interesting options offered by the Cafe (YUM!).
