chances of upgrade at Coronado

What are our chances to be upgraded at Coronado and AK
I am a person with handicapped but I can walk a bit but not climb stairs. I do not need a special adapted room for me.

Should I ask the best room near the restaurants or near the pool?

At Christmas time, I asked for a room near the parking lot which it will be easier for me to leave the car to my room and I was really happy by the room I got at AS. The only problem was the parking lot for handicapped was always full.

I am not sure I understand your question - upgraded to what?

Have you let the hotel know that you have difficulty with stairs and need a ground floor room? I sure they will do their best to make it easy for you to get around.

Are you staying at AKL too?

Hello,

I have not notified the hotel that I have problems to climb stairs or things similar to that. The last time they gave me a room on the first floor at CSR, ASR and CBR when they saw that I have to walk with a "stick". I just talk to CRO and they told me it's not sure that they will have a wheelchair for me. First come, first serve.

Because no room avail on May 3rd, I will have to stay at ASR for the first night, the next 6 will be at CSR and the last one, a surprise for my husband and child at AKL.

What are the upgrade at CSR if you have or request it.
