Chances of seeing Cinderella at Akershus?

We are planning on the Princess Breakfast at Norway. I read that Cinderella does not attend this meal, but I have read other posts that say she is there... Is it hit or miss or is she there quite frequently? We're also planning on 1900 Park Fare so we can see her, but if she might be at Akershus I do not want to do 1900 Park Fare.

She is not one of the regulars at Akershus - I believe she is only if they need a filler. If you want to be guaranteed to see her- that's not the right meal IMO.

We go to Akershus every time we go to WDW. Cinderella is not regular, however we have seen her there about 50% of the time. If want to be guaranteed to see Cinderella make a reservation for CRT, or 1900 Park Fare.

Good Luck!

I was at the Norway Princess breakfast in November and Cinderella was not there. My 6 year old daughter asked Snow White why Cinderella was not there...a little embarrassing...but funny  ..she told my daughter that she had to be in the Castle for breakfast.

I am returning with my kids this August and we are not returning to The Norway breakfast..my kids didn't love it. We are doing 1900 park for Dinner and CRT for Dinner. Have a great trip~ ;)

I was just there for dinner on Monday night and Cinderella was there. The food was beyond gross but it was great for the princess autographs.

We went for breakfast there in 12/04 and she was not there.

We did Dinner (never again :rotfl: Blech!) in 10/06 and Cindy was there :)

We were there last April and Cinderella was there!! We went for dinner and my entire family liked the food.

What does "beyond gross" mean?? Was the food in some way a danger too eat?? Did someone sneeze all over the food?? Or was the issue more of a food preference issue (i.e. I like sardines, but DW will not eat them)?? The term "gross" does not really convey to me a definite meaning/understanding of what you experienced. We went to Akershus last year, all the food was of good quality, but every food selection did not hit me as a favorable taste. Just wondering if "gross" was reference to the food quality or a personal dislike of the foods offered.

I agree what is gross. We actually like the food at Akershus. It's not my favorite food in Epcot, but definitely worth the money. They have some of the best Salmon I've had; and their Venison Stew is also great!

I guess it's all relative!

Okay, I will clarify gross.

The "stew" looked like canned dinty moore. It was basically a bowl full of onions in brown sauce. I had the house specialty which was a beef meatball in gravy with a few lingonberries on top. The food was of poor quality, scarce and uninspiring. The buffet had wet salad, very poor selection of cold cuts and other food associated with Norway.

Just to provide some insight...I also dined at Le Cellier which had much better food quality and presentation. Japan and Italy also had very nice meals. For whatever its worth, Canada and Coral Reef (or seas I can't remember) told us that they unveiled new menus this week so some of the items that you may have previously had were no longer there. My point is that I'm not just slamming Disney food. I really thought Norway was nasty and of no value whatsoever food wise.

Hope that clears up my food description.

We had lunch there and saw Cinderella, it was a Saturday and in Oct. We liked the food. In fact we saw all the princesses, it was the best CM all vacation

I wouldn't count on her being there. She only shows up if a regular can not attend.

We've been for lunch 2 times and dinner 1 time and she has been there all times! We are going for our first breakfast in May, so not sure whom will be there?

We don't care for the food here at all, but the character interaction is good as they change frequently.

Happy eating, Tiger :)
