Chances of seeing Candlelight Processional without a dining package?

We will be at Epcot on December 6th and would really love to see the Candlelight Processional as we've never seen it before. What are the chances of getting into one of the showings without having to purchase a dining package? Is one showing better than another in terms of crowd levels?

Yes, you can. I watched some of the CP last year from behind the seating area. You can also hear the music throughout the area there as well. So, you can always sit and rest and listen to the music.

I saw people lining up three hours before the show, and my wife heard several people say that CP is the only reason they came to Epcot. It is very popular.

We have never had an issue. We go to the last show of the evening and line up 10/15 min before they start seating people. We are always there around Christmas, so busy times (we often go Christmas Eve or Day). Enjoy!

@GAJonesy27 - I'll see you there! We didn't want to do the expensive package either (Though our choice would've been Garden Grill), so we're planning to stand in line on 12/6. What's crazy is that Jodi Benson actually lives about 15 minutes from me, but I have to travel to Disney World to see her in person!
