Chances of renting HHI points Easter week '09?

I'm not new to renting points-but I've never rented points at HHI. I've been to HHI every year for the last 7 years in April (2nd or 3rd week)-but stayed at my parents timeshare in Shipyard. We were thinking we'd like to get our own place for the week next year and thought about the DVC resort on HHI.

Those of you with Disney's HHI resort experience:
Is Easter week a difficult time to reserve there or could I wait until 7-6 months out to try to rent points from someone to stay there?

I know I could try to find a HHI owner to rent at 11 months, but I want to wait until later this year to lock into something.

Any insight would be much appreciated!

Also, I'm thinking about getting a 1 Bedroom or a studio (if that makes any difference)

Spring Break (and especially Easter) are very popular times at the HH resort and the rooms do usually book up. There will usually be availability right at 7 months - however, there are only 21 Studios and 21 1BR villas the resort and those do disappear quickly so if that's the room type you'd want I'd suggest trying to get something reserved right at 11 months as there may not be much availability within 7 months.
