It would be VERY costly to change quarterly and no way will WDW do that. I do agree with some others where I much preferred where the cups had the resort names on them. To my family they were more special and they are the only cups we saved, once they went generic, we no longer even purchased them.

These are really disappointing. If there were actually decent designs I might bother bringing them home.

I know which one I'm getting! I will always choose purple if that's an option. I wish the mugs had a mix of Disney & Pixar characters, but I'll only use it for the week we're there and then it will join the other 52 mugs in a bin in our basement. I have zero use for the mugs at home, so the actual design on the mug doesn't phase me at all. If it wasn't a new design, I'd probably just leave it somewhere at the resort (with a note indicating how many days are left on it) when we leave.

I hope the new ones are better at not leaking after a few years. I'm still using my MNSSHP mug from roughly ~7 years ago as my coffee cup and it leaks around the lid (yes my wife has tried to get me to stop using it but I'm stubborn).
