Oh, so it's VERY different than it used to be!

It depends on what you usually do at Disney. None of the things listed are things my family is interested in. So no, for my family it is not very different than pre-Covid and we're loving our monthly visits to WDW. Just wish the other Disney parks would open so that we can visit there too. (We wanted to go to DL Cali for Spring Break and DL Paris during the summer)

That still doesn’t mean that the parks aren’t substantially different from pre covid.

And this matters for DCL because a lot of the things that aren’t happening at WDW like up close character meets and shows where a lot of people are squeezed close together are some key things that set DCL apart for a lot of their market. Now a lot of people in this forum are going to say that they love DCL for other things but DCL can’t survive with only the die hard s. A large number of would be cruisers are not going to choose DCL without characters and shows and deck parties.

Just got my cancellation notice from DCL. I guess that since this was the third time that I rescheduled, it’s time to abandon ship.

I guess we will cancel and wait for another year or two before we cruise again.

I just hate losing our OBB discount.
