Chances HHN will sell out on Halloween?

We will be in Universal from 10/28 to 11/01 and plan on attending HHN on Halloween. I've ordered our park passes through AMEX using our points so I cannot purchase the stay-n-scream pass online at the discounted price. So at this point my only option for the discounted price is to wait until we arrive to purchase.

Is Halloween a really popular night? What are the chances HHN will sell out that night? DH will never forgive me if we get locked out of HHN. So I'm contemplating paying the full price and being in the better-safe-then-sorry category with a happy DH.

halloween falls on a wednesday this year.
going out for a late evening during the work week might bring the crowds down.

not sure if that will factor into it for moderate crowd levels.

From my past experience, Halloween night is not very busy. You'll still have lines of course but the madness is basically over. If you can get there early, you should have no issues doing most of the houses with minimum waits.
