Wish You Luck. I Found Out Yesterday Dvc Rofr My Attempt To Buy 240 Vwl Points @ 75. So Next I'm Taking A Shot At Another Contract And Offered 2 Dollars Per Above Asking. I Want Vwl Or Bcv And Dont Particularly Care Fof Ssr, So Within Reason I'll Pay Top Dollar. Wish You Luck Though.

Just to introduce another reality check, the latest activity on OKW was a ROFR at $75.

I have always been curious if more contracts make it through ROFR when the buyers live in a state DVC is not registered to sell in (maybe Tom can help us with this one). I really feel that may have helped us with our resale contract last April. Maybe if they know up front that the person can only buy if they come to Florida...it makes a difference.

I passed ROFR last week on 270 pts at OKW for $75, a full year of banked pts, a flat $300 for maintainence fees. I send in my check and paperwork on Monday. I guess I was skating closer to the edge than I thought!

That's an interesting thought. I will have to review some records to even comment. I'll get back to you as soon as I can work up some statistics.
