Champions World Resort

Has anyone stayed at this resort? I'm looking at it for 1 night in June. We usually stay at Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista but the room rate for our night is $90 compared to $45 at Champions World. I'm very nervous about motels on hwy 192 in Kissimmee but the is a Disney Good Neighbor hotel so maybe it's not so bad. Any reviews?? Thanks

I hope someone chimes in! I've never stayed here, but also have a few nights booked here before we check into AKV in June. I've been faithfully checking trip advisor and it has very recent very good reviews!

It used to be something else, the Champions World Motel has replaced what used to be there. It is off 192 between 429 and 27, they are doing major road work on that part of 192 and it is a mess. We drove down there yesterday on the way to 27, and traffic was awful. That might be why it is so cheap.

Ok, here goes! Ask for a room by the covered pool. I am in the rooms by the uncovered pool and jacuzzi. They have not been renovated and I do not like it. It however serves the purpose for one night. It is not that close to Disney. My room was clean and bug free.
