Can anyone give me an approximate price range for the middle-of-the-road sparkling wines or champagnes at a place like Boma? I want a nice but reasonably-priced bottle, and would like to know what price range we are looking at so I can add it to the budget.

Thanks!

I'm not sure about Boma's specifically, but in general, bubbly at WDW low end is about $50-$70, high end about $ 250. At least that what I've seen. The Iron Horse Curvee is proably the middle of the road product.

That's pricey! Then again, it's restaurant pricing vs liquor store pricing - big difference!

Anyone else have any input? One member of our party was talking about buyng the champagne at our Boma dinner, but at those prices I don't know! Might have to stick to wine.

If you are going to buy Iron Horse, stick to a nice wine. Boma (and more so Jiko) has an excellent wine list of South African wines.

You may want to purchase your own champagne (you can get Pommery in France at EPCOT for $37 a bottle which is less than Publix charges at $46) and have a private celebration before or after your dinner.

You can also get the Iron horse is almost all the resort gift shops for $27.95 per bottle..they had an assortment of different years.

Have it later..after your dinner. Going to Boma..you really want an African wine with your meal.
