I believe they have switched to 2 monthly payments now. Has there been any change in the days?

I think it’s still 60 days total, which can be 3 payments on Day 1, 30 and 60.

When they were still allowing 90 days we did 4 payments total (Day 1, 30, 60, 90).

We are also on a CFW waitlist for NYE. Started it a few months ago and so far, zip...

That said, we've been members since 2007 and have never had a waitlist clear, so there's that... I'm not holding my breath.

Wow! I have only had one waitlist that didn’t clear in all my years.

And funny enough it was a one night GV at RiV on a random Thursday in January!

I think though my luck is going to change. I am waiting on a few nights in a RIV studio for a last minute trip week before Easter.

But pixie dust it comes through!!

I had one that started at the 7 month mark and gave up on it recently like within the past couple weeks. Figured screw it, I'll use my points at VDH instead. I was trying to bring my dog with me to CFW but if I can't stay somewhere on property with him then I'll just stay home for the night.

I wonder if the declarations for PVB have been faster (like they were for BPK @ VGF) because they were additions to the condo assocation and there were still a lot of points out there already sold for that association?

I finally had time to check how the original PVB was handled. It would have been new as opposed to an addition.

Disney wrote March 8, 2017 for this declaration of units 68-77.
I have data showing deeds in unit 68 had executed (palm tree) dates with 3/6/2017 (two days before the declaration), but they were filed late March on comptroller site. For example, look at county document 20170177331.

What I recall even going back to BLT, is this was the approach.

Not sure why they changed or if they also did this for CCV? Or if RIV and CFW were the start?
